First I had my hair turn purple-black (for a reminder of that adventure, click here). And that ended up to be a pretty awesome change. I really liked it.
I liked it so much that I wanted to repeat it. I bought the same color & my hair stylist was all set to add the same colors that she did the month before. Great plan. Except that it's still my hair & seems to have a mind of its own.
Just 4 weeks ago I had purple-black from this color. This time I got...
Which is what I was going for last time.
So I wanted bright red & got purple-black. I wanted purple-black, bought the same exact color, & got bright red. The first time the color did what it wanted to do. The second time it did what it was originally supposed to do. A true WTF moment.
My poor stylist. I showed up, she said she thought we were doing the same thing as last time, I told that had been the plan but well...this is what we got to play with instead. She was as surprised by the outcome as I was but in usual Eddi Style, I went with it & we came up with a Plan B on the spot. Nothin' I'm not used to. Pulling Plan B's out of thin air? Tcha, I can do that with my eyes closed, hands tied behind my back, standing on my head. With 27 children all talking at once & a cat on my head. On a daily basis.
Once the Plan B was figured out...
