Memorial Day 2013

In honor of today's holiday, I got a special manicure.

Blondie is walking with her band in the parade today, we are finishing up some home repairs & a few kids have softball practice this afternoon, & we're getting together with friends tonight. Just a good, not crazy day.

I'll take a Holiday Monday every week, please. Having an extra day to relax, no feeling rushed or trying to cram 26 hours of stuff into each day, is a great way to start the week.

Don't forget to take some time out of your BBQ & chilling out today to think about those who have died while protecting our freedoms. All the service men & women who gave everything they had so that we could have everything we have.
